Silicone 24 Compartment Paris-Brest Bread Mold

Designed for use with a full size bun pan (sold separately), the mold features (24) 3 1/8″ diameter compartments that shape dough into perfectly sized pastries. It’s also designed for high-volume bakeries, as it lasts for 3000 to over 5000 baking cycles. Withstanding temperatures from -40 to 464 degrees Fahrenheit, the pan even allows you to move bread dough from the oven to the freezer without dirtying multiple pans. Plus, because of its non-stick coating, the mold releases product smoothly to keep it intact and is easy to wash with water.
