1. Wash the mould and boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes in order to disinfect it (just like baby nipples).
2. Put the ice cream stick into the mould, and pour a proper amount of juice or milk into the mould.
3. Freeze it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
4. Place them 1 to 2 minutes after freezing, enjoy them!
