1,Wash the mould and boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes in order to disinfect it (just like baby nipples).
2, Pour a proper amount of juice or milk into the mould, but not too full.
3, Put the ice cream stick into the mould and freeze it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
4, Place them 1 to 2 minutes after freezing, twist the mold up and down and press the bottom.

Please clean the mold and disinfect them in boiling water before use.
